WE TAKE DURABILITY SERIOUSLY

All materials and labor are covered by our Guarantee. If during normal use, for any reason, at any time, your product comes unstitched, falls apart, wears out or becomes otherwise unusable, we will repair or replace it for free. 

STITCHING

If the stitching ever wears through or pulls out, simply send your item back and we will restitch it for you. This is exceedingly rare. 

LEATHER

If you are able to wear out our leathers in normal use--first off, congratulations--you have certainly got your money's worth. Secondly, send it in and we will repair or replace your item.

EXCEPTIONS

If an alpaca eats it, if you run it over with your snowmobile, if you mistake it for kindling and light it on fire, if you forget it’s in your pocket and take it scuba diving, only to lose it during a heated battle with an ill-tempered seahorse…
